Good food should fit into real life. Fresh Tide is a Mobile, Alabama meal-prep business in the making, built around chef-made Southern flavors and a simpler weekly routine.

Gulf Coast roots, weekday convenience

Our planned menu pairs protein-forward meals with comfort favorites: think Cajun chicken rice, shrimp & grits bowls, and smoked turkey greens. We're starting small, with a six-meal weekly rotation rather than an endless menu.

A fresh approach to pickup

Our launch plan brings Wednesday preorders and Friday drops together with refrigerated pickup lockers at local partner locations. Confirmed locations, access windows, and meal availability will be shared with each drop.
